Olympique Lyonnais: 2009 pre-season in Tignes

Nous avons commencé la préparation le 29 Juin à Lyon. Du 2 et jusqu’au 12 Juillet nous sommes à Tignes où nous faisons au moins 3 entraînements par jour, dont 2 pendant la matinée pour la partie physique et 1 pendant l’après midi pour la partie technique. Nous sommes en train de travailler très fort pour gagner et donner beaucoup de satisfactions à nos fans.

We starter our pre-season on 29th June in Lyon. Starting from the 2nd and up to the 12th July we are in Tignes where we do 3 training sessions per day, 2 of them in the morning for physical part and 1 in the afternoon for the technical part. We are doing a very hard work to try winning and giving many satisfactions to our supporters.
